Can anyone inform me from where in the website I can download the sample projects for TMS products.

On the page of the product you can normally find a demo link or if the demo link does not exist they are incorporated in the trial distribution, if you download and install a trail version the demo's will automatically be extracted to the Public Documents/tmssoftware folder.
