Right Side Fixed Columns

I am using TAdvStringGrid version 6.0.5.0 with delphi XE. I noticed that there is a FixedRightCols property. It does not seem to work for me. All it appears to do is to color the right hand columns the same as the fixed columns on the left. The fixed right columns still have to be scrolled inito view. Is this correct, shouldn't these columns remained fixed like the left side ones do?

This is how fixed right cols are designed right now. This fixed right column is not a non-scrolling column.
