I would like to see the ability to "abort" the normal expand/collapse tha occurs when you double-click a ribbon page tab. ie. User double-clicks the tab to expand/collapse the ribbon. I want to be able to ignore that request.

It is already there, set AdvToolBarPager.HidePagesOnDblClick := false
