ResponsiveManager does not change states on resize.
On your demo buttons do not change position on runtime.

We could reproduce this and we are investigating this. The form resize is handled but there seems to be an issue with responsive state restore. We'll report when we have progress.
We could apply a fix and we'll release an update shortly.
