Where is the problem and RemoteDB works only with Indy servers in Linux and not Apache?

When a transaction is open, RemoteDB become "stateful" for that specific transaction, as the client has to use the same server connection for further statements while the transaction is active server-side. With Apache such mechanism cannot be used as there is no way to guarantee that the same server connection will be used.
Changes in the fourth digit (2.12.0.0 -> 2.12.0.1) do not include any changes they are just new builds.
