PWA with TMS Web Core

Hello,

we can create a pwa with TMS webcore, but I have some questions about this :

- is it possible to access to a local database in the phone like SQLite ?

- is it possible to communicate with other device thru Bluetooth LE ?

- is it possible to communicate thru  USB ?
