Own style of status bar on ADVPanel

Hello,

there is a smal but relevant bug in AdvPanel.pas

In Line 2448 (for drawing the caption you have the condition anded with se which is missing in the same routine in line 3046 for drawing the status bar.
Currently the statusbar is always drawed themed when usin VCLThemes.
