I cannot see a problem here.

Default TAdvCheckTreeView on the form with 3 nodes added and the event handler for OnNodeCheckChanged implemented and this event is triggered whenever the checkbox is clicked and toggles.
If a problem persists, please provide sufficient details for us to reproduce.
