These requests are related to the InitHtmlFile and the constants as well...
Since Microsoft has officially ended support for IE9, it would be nice to be able to control the HTML tag that you are setting as: content="IE=9". We have found in some previous cases, not with your component yet, that we were required to set this to: content="IE=Edge", Microsofts current browser. It may be something worth considering as a property.
Also, you may want to consider allowing people to select the Version number of Google's API they want served up.
Currently you have v=3.21 as the requested version, but in some cases, a developer may want to change this to an experimental or previous version of the API without changing the TMS components. We have already run into this prior to using TWebGMaps when Google appears to change their versions on quite a regular basis.
