I wanted to update my Academic VCL UI Pack and my other academic products but, when I login, I can only see the FNC UI Pack (Which I have just updated) and the Cryptography Pack.
All of the other packs I have seem to have disappeared. Can you help please, I would really like to update so I can get the PDF Viewer....
