I have just download and install the TMS VLC UI packed. But I lack the manual for TAdvSysKeyBoardHook
Sadly, this isn't actively supported anymore. Microsoft has (for security reasons) severely limited this functionality in Windows 10 and newer. So, we would not recommend to use this anymore.
