dropped a AdvSysKeyboardhook component added a onkeydown procedure to see what this baby was about. the exception message I received was "Could not find or load KEYHOOKDLL.DLL"
using W8.1; Delphi XE2. is this a link library that I should have?

Make sure the included KeyboardHookDLL.dll is in your system path or application directory.

Location & name: "C:\Users\xxxxx\Documents\tmssoftware\TMS Component\KeyHookDLL.dll
After review my current path parameter "C:\Users\xxxxx\Documents\tmssoftware\TMS Component" was not included; so I added it. work great.
very slick; add component, a little OnKeyDown procedure coding and instant gbl hook.
