With my own projects I always get the same error,
the card appears briefly, then it goes away and the error appears.
This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.

Please check the developer console (press F12 while focusing the map) for more details. This is typically an issue linked to your google account setup (billing, API key...)
