Install Problem HTML5 pack

IW TMS IntraWeb Component Pack

I get the following error when trying to install the HTML5 pack

 
[BRCC32 Error] iw12tmshtml5DXE2.vrc(60): file not found: iw11tmshtml5dxe_Icon.ico
 
Any advice please.
