Import tool for TMS Scripter version 8 and Delphi 13

I installed TMS Scripter version 8 for Delphi 13, but the Import tool is missing, even though the version history indicates it was updated for Delphi 13.

Version History:
Import tool supports Delphi 12 and 13. You can now import library units from the latest two IDE versions, so wrapping your own units and third-party libraries for use in scripts stays in step with your Delphi installation.

How can I obtain the latest version of the Import tool for TMS Scripter version 8 and Delphi 13?
