We are using TMS WebUpdate to deploy a new version of our EXEs.
Our UpdateBuilder is version 1.0.9.6 and the certificate it adds to the upd.exe is expired.
There used to be a separate download link for UpdateBuilder But I can’t find it any more. How can I download the latest version of UpdateBuilder with a certificate that is not expired and that will package up upd,exe with a valid certificate?

I have found the download link and downloaded the latest version v2.1.4.1.
It’s certificate is expired.
I am suspicious that the upd.exe added by the Update Builder may have an expired certificate too.
What can I do to get an Update Builder that will add an upd.exe with a current certificate?

We have now verified that the upd.exe inherits its certificate from Update Builder and that certificate expired on the 6th December 2025.
We updated the certificate on UpdateBuilder. You can just refresh the download.
Next update of TMS VCL UI Pack will have the updated spawned updater app with newest code signing certificate.
