How to block the cells?

How to block the cells by click certain cell and then drag it...?

Hi,

I am not sure on what you want to do?
Do you refer to locking a cell? (in Excel it would be right click in the cell, "Cell Format" and then "Lock Cell", and in FlexCel you would change the FlxFormat of the cell to be Locked).

Or is it something else?  Do you want to stop Excel from accepting drag an drop?
