I cannot find any information on how to start a drag operation of an item from fnc planner to somewhere else (not on fnc planner).
The OnStartDrag do not fire for some reason, so my question is: What should i do/configure on the planner for this to happen ?

There is currently no drag & drop support. We'll investigate the possibilities.

Isn't it possible to move items within the planner by using the mouse ?
I cannot move items in the Demo application for example with the mouse
It should be possible to move items. We have tested this here. First, you select an item, then drag it with the mouse at the left side (gray border).
You are right, I missed the part where you have to select the gray border of the item for moving
