fnc code vcl dont found jpeg unit ..

i can't compile my projekt (Delphi 11) an FNC Code actual Version:

,JPEG, PngImage, GifImg
{$ENDIF}

i can change to vcl.imaging.jpg ...

on many steps is hier the problem. is my delphi wrong configurate ?

[dcc32 Fataler Fehler] VCL.TMSFNCUtils.pas(78): F2613 Unit 'JPEG' nicht gefunden.
