our compny use with pleasure years TMS Components.
After getting recent updates Embarcadero can not find the C:\Users...\AppData\Local\tmssoftware\registered\FlexCelDLL\bin\bpl\Win32\FlexCel_dll290.bpl
I can not find the bpl in my disc C: at all, whereas Subscription Manager shows no possibilities to do with the library:

FlexCel dll is not in the subscription manager, because it confused a lot of users who wanter FlexCel VCL and ended up installing the dll by mistake. In fact, you might want to use FlexCel VCL instead: FlexCel dll is mostly for if you need to use FlexCel in Delphi < Delphi XE. It is slower because all the marshalling required, lacks features that we couldn't put in the dll, requires you to ship a dll, and there is no real reason to use it if you have FlexCel VCL.
In any case, to get it, just login in our page (top right "Account" button), then go to "Products" and get it from there.
