Excel 2016 has been launched. From a FlexCel perspective is there anything we need to know? Do we need to do anything to read / write Excel 2016 files?

Not that I am aware of. We've already had Excel 2016 for some time in OSX and it has been tested there, and also I've made some tests in Excel 2016 for windows, but for less time. As far as I know everything works well (as it should, we are writing against an xls/xlsx standard, not against a particular version of Excel).
But of course, if anything is reported by our users once people starts using it (which should be soon as office 365 automatically updates) we will be fixing it.
