Error attempting to run SmartSetup.

I have just purchased the TMS All Access and when attempting to run it for the first time I get a consistent error. The message is

Error running TTmsInstallRunner: Running Failed: install -display -options:product-progress (EMT Runner)

Required Parameter was not specified

You didn't make it clear, but I'm assuming you are trying to install using the GUI tool. In this case, what appears when you click the error message?
