DXE2/IW12 - Where is TTIWAdvWebGridExcelIO

I've had to reinstall all of my components and I have an Intraweb application that uses TTIWAdvWebGridExcelIO, but I cannot seem to find that component.  Where is it located?

Did you install the package iwXXtmsxlsDxxxx.dproj?
