Yes they are duplicates, what is the exact issue you have?

The files are added automatically for our distribution system, because TMS FNC Core can be installed stand-alone. TMS FNC UI Pack depends on TMS FNC Core for the registered version, but can be installed stand-alone as a trial version, therefore these files are also mandatory. Also, I assume there is no error only a warning? A possible solution is to either ignore the warning or remove the files. Optionally, you can also copy the files/folders to a single FNC directory and keep a single version of the duplicate files. They are identical
