Does Sparkle supports http.sys dynamic configuration at run time?

Persistant url configuration needs admin privileges. Dynamic configuration can be used by the same app, but does not need admin

That's what Sparkle uses. Running a server doesn't require admin privileges. The URL must be previously reserved, anyway.

Can we reserve URL in the 127.0.0.1 interface without admin privileges?
