Detail view does not show up

Hello,

 
I try to show a detail (Table) view in a popup window.
To minimize the used screen estate I hide the header/footer of both the TableViews (Initial and Detail)
by applying a custom style.
 
When I do that the Detail view does not show up when clicking on the arrow.
How can I make that work?
And where can I upload the example application?

thank you, this problem was solved already.
The stylebook did not contain a refrence to the header and footer.
