Installed the latest version today, trying to build the Client demo, but getting this error:
Has it not been updated to the latest classes/interfaces/versions, or is this something else interfering?
The underlying component has changed name to TTMSMCPCustomClientSettingsDialog;
But this TTMSMCPCustomClientSettingsDialog is not a registered component, so there's no way to put it on the form, nor add it to .DFM manually either.

This was caused by an issue with TMS Smart Setup that was fixed and released this week. Can you please update TMS Smart Setup first and then reinstall or rebuild TMS AI Studio?
