Cloud Translation in a console app

I'd like to use the translation classes from a Linux daemon so as a first test I created a Windows console app and added VCL.TMSFNCCloudTranslation to the uses section. The app won't compile - can't find unit JPEG in VCL.TMSFNCUtils. Looking at the uses section in VCL.TMSFNCUtils it's pulling in all sorts of GUI units (dialogs, imglist etc.) - so it looks like these are only intended for use in GUI apps - is that correct?
