Better looking TAdvListView

I tried to modify the TAdvListView to include the ability to set the row height and put lines between rows. I was not able to modify the header and have not implemented multi select. Here is the result:

I will be very happy to contribute my changes and have it as part of a future TAdvListView officially. My graphic designer original design is as this:

Any chance to have these improvements as part of TAdvListView?
