Add Version Number Property

Hello,
Please add ReadOnly version number property to Scripter.

Details:
There should be Product Version Number Property as well as Component Version Number Property so that one know as which version they are using currently.

This property should be RealOnly at design time as well as RunTime.

In fact this will go a long way in helping us developers in solving bugs that are reported by our software users.

There is already a property TatCustomScripter.ProductVersion for that.
