Pack version component

Could there be a new non-visual component in, for exemple TMS VCL UI Pack, in which the version of a pack be present, ex: 10.0.2.0?

I could help to ensure that we're running an application compiled using the correct version of the components.

Currently, we're using TAdvStringGrid versions since it's updated at almost every versions.

There is TMSProductInfo.pas that has the const TMSProductInfo_ProductVersion that contains the version
