I am using Delphi Pro 13 on a Parallels Windows 11 ARM64 virtual machine. I receive the following message when I try to create a new Miletus or Web core application. The installed version is 2.9.7.0.

Access violation at address 5F69329E in module 'mmx_bds370.dll' (offset 27329E). Read of address 00000064

I get a similar message with 'mmx_bds27.dll' in Delphi 12 in a different VM on the same laptop. How do I resolve this?

We have not seen this issue before.
What happens when you open an existing app?
Can it be you have MMX Code Explorer installed in the IDE? Does it help when you would disabled this plugin in the IDE

Yes, and it was the source of the problem. I was using version 16.0.8.59 because the one currently in GetIt (version 16.0.10.107) seems to have a bug. The button to add template code to the documentation pane is missing its icon. However, that version does not cause WebCore to raise an exception when I create a new application.
