1. the TIWStaticMenu doesn't align to the right, when the "LeftToRight" property of the form is false.
is there another way to right-align it please?
2. how can we have sub-menu's in the TIWStaticMenu please?

1/2. These features are currently unfortunately not supported.
However, these are good suggestions and I've added them to the feature-request list to investigate if they can be added in a future version.
As a workaround for 1., can you please try adding a div tag with right-aligned text in the list editor?
Example:
<div style="text-align:right;">New item 0</div>
