XEII - ComponentPack Install error

IW Component Pack previously installed.
 
Upgraded IW 12.1.x to 12.2.x without issue. All library paths are valid to IW and TMS folders
 
When recompiling iw12tmsdxe2.dproj I get the following compiler error:
 
"Cannot run project unless a host application is defined. Use the Run|Parameters... dialog box.."
 
Adding TMS path to Run Parameters Source Path does not help.
 
However, despite the error message, a new bpl is being compiled which allows you to install the components using the Component|Install packages menu item.
 
Have you seen this behaviour before and is my work-around OK?

It would appear you try to run this package while a package can't be run of course, it can only be compiled.
