Where is the HTML Element Binding at design-time?

Hi there


I'm trying to find the HTML Element Binding at design-time like this image.


Where is this dialog box? I tried with a simple webcore app with simple hello world but seems like I can't find it.

I've found the problem now.



I've installed/reinstall many times via TMS Subscription Manager. But seems like it's not properly update the BPL, DCP files in 
  • C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\19.0\Bpl
  • C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\19.0\Dcp
After remove the files manually. Everything is up to date and I can see the menu items now.
