I'm looking for what FNC UI component comes closest to a TListView.

Is there an FNCListView in the works by any chance?

What you are looking for is the TTMSFNCTableView or TTMSFNCListBox. Alternatively you can configure the TTMSFNCTreeView with multiple columns as well.
