Is there a way to set an HttpOnly + Secure cookie in Web Core?

There is at this moment no code especially for this in the TMS WEB Core framework.
Any news about this? Is it on a roadmap?
We got no further demand on this rarely used approach, so didn't follow up on this so far. If needed, it can always be directly implemented at application level.
