I can only suspect that there is still an old version TMS WEB Core .BPL file on your system. I suggest to:

  1. Perform an uninstall of TMS WEB Core via Windows Control Panel Add/Remove software

  2. Verify after uninstall there are no more traces of TMS WEB Core in your IDE. See under Component / Install Packages there are no more TMS WEB Core packages listed

  3. When the IDE is clean, reinstall the latest version of TMS WEB Core.
