WEB Core 1.4.2.0 is not compiling under Lazarus

Lazarus 2.0.8 / FPC 3.0.4

The latest TMS WEB Core 1.4.2.0 tmswebcorepkgliblaz.lpk package is not compiling. Several issues in unit WEBLib.DBCtrls

I just noticed that the TMS WEB Core 1.4.1.0 had the same issues....

We've detected 2 issues and have addressed both. We'll release an update shortly.
