VerticalMargin in TAdvSmoothTimeLine

I think the VerticalMargin-Property in TAdvSmoothTimeline don't work with Values where the TimeLine is not visible. In older versions the property work's as aspected, in the last version not. 

Can you please change the behavior to the old one? I draw under the Timeline different Charts and can't scroll down to the end with big timelines or little screen-resolutions.
