I unpacked and installed the last available version under Lazarus and got the old version 2.0.0.0 packages. Is that possible that the installer containing the wrong version?

You are correct, the updated packages for Lazarus have missed the latest version. We have corrected this, and have uploaded a new version with the same version number. You can re-download the same version which should correct this.
