V.3.1.0.0 installer problem

Hi ...
New version 3.1.0.0 Installer always says I have the pack installed and asks for uninstalling it first. I've already uninstalled directly from Windows, and this notification keeps coming.

After installing, when Delphi is opening, it fires an error about the BPL not found.

The installation folder I provided is not under public documents folder.

The previous version I had installed was named Analytics VCL Pack, and seems like this error had something to do with this previous version bpl settings that were not removed after uninstalling.
