Update Instrumentation Workshop not possible

I tried to update the existing (not functional) Instrumentation workshop to the current version. The subscriptionmanager sees that a newer version exists but I have no option to download it, possibly because they have been given the same version.

I added an image to show the problem and it showed correctly.
After post it was vanished.

Try to delete files from 

C:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\tmssoftware\TMS Instrumentation Workshop
and then restart TMS Subscription Manager
