Unknown property: "OnMouseWheelDown"

FYI, Use of TTMSFNCScrollBar in a TMS Web Core application. 

Is I try to use the OnMouseWhellDown event of a FNC Scrollbar in a TMS Web Core application I get the following error when I try to run the web applocation. 

ERROR
Unknown property: "OnMouseWheelDown" | fMessage::Unknown property: "OnMouseWheelDown" fHelpContext::0
at http://localhost:8000/drawNetwork/drawNetwork.js [304:11]

I presume its because its not implemented for Web use? It works ok in a VCL application.

We traced & solved this issue.
This will require a TMS WEB Core update as well as TMS FNC UI Pack update.
We'll look to release these updates as soon as possible.
