TWebPaintBox.OnClick event throws error on form build at runtime

Using WebCore 1.5, cannot load a form that declares an OnClick event for TWebPaintBox on the form. It throws a JS error. The form worked in previous WebCore versions. It appears the OnClick for TWebPaintBox is missing from the form parser now. Workaround is to assign the OnClick in the form OnCreate event.
