I4ve several issues with TTMSGridFilterPanel
- lastest version doesn't apply filter (just run demo and test)
- Columns name (only columns numbers) are not displayed when FixedRows is greater then 1

We have investigated this here and have applied a fix for the filter issue, the next version will address this. The Column names are always retrieved from the first row, we have now added a ColumnNameIndex to set the row that is used as column names for filtering purposes.
