We'll do another update to make sure everything comes through. Stay tuned
I am experiencing exactly the same issue.
The problem occurs under certain, currently unidentified conditions and is consistent with the behavior shown in the previous user's screenshot. It is not 100% reproducible, which makes it even more serious, as it appears randomly and without any clear trigger.
The issue may occur both during application startup and during normal application use. At this point, there is no reliable way to predict, reproduce, or prevent it on the client side.
This kind of intermittent and unpredictable failure is unacceptable in a production environment, as it directly affects application stability and makes the component unsafe to deploy in systems where reliability is required.
Please treat this as a high-priority defect and provide an urgent hotfix. A workaround is not sufficient here — the underlying problem needs to be identified and fixed.
Hi,
We'll investigate this with the highest priority as soon as possible. You can do a rollback to a previous version if you wish: Versioning | TMS Smart Setup documentation
We have applied an additional fix, next version of TMS FNC Core will have the fix included.
When can we realistically expect a fix or hotfix for this issue? This is genuinely critical for us, and we need a clear timeframe for resolution.
