TTMSFNCButton - Lazarus

I'm having a problem with TTMSFNCButton on Lazarus.

Start a new project
Add a TTMSFNCButton to the form

1. Move the mouse to the corners (as if to resize).
2. Open the code editor and move the mouse inside it.

You will see that in both cases, the cursor will alternate quickly.

I could see this issue at design-time. At runtime I could not see an issue.
We will investigate the design-time issue.
