When the number of items in a Panel exceedes the size of the panel the TTIWExcangeBar object automatically displays a vertical and horizontal scroolbar.
Is there any way to prevent or control the display of the Horizontal scrollbar when it is not needed? That is, usually, when the width of the items is shortest then the width of the panel.

Unfortunately it's currently not supported to control the scrollbar that appear in a panel of the TIWExchangeBar.
However, this is a good suggestion and we'll investigate if this can be implemented in a future version.
