TTIWDatePicker currently supports only two date formats: dd/mm/yyyy and mm/dd/yyyy. Would it be possible to add yyyy/mm/dd to support Asian markets please?

Currently it is indeed only EU & US formats supported. We'll consider this Asian format for a future update.
